What to email about
- Support. A hint that's wrong or missing, an app HushMouse doesn't know yet, or anything that isn't working.
- Billing. A duplicate charge, an amount that differs from your order, or a payment that went through without giving you the app. Include your order reference.
- Refunds. Full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. See the Refund policy for the steps.
- Privacy. Questions about your information, or a request to correct or delete it. See the Privacy policy.
Orders are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. You can also get help with an order through the link in your Paddle receipt (paddle.net). Please don't send card numbers or passwords by email.
